Transparency has always been important to us at WTS - from sharing the fees we pay our speakers to sharing how we're actioning on post-event feedback with attendees.

With our commitment to ongoing progress - we're taking another step to grow our transparency by launching our very first Community Impact Report!

We’ve chosen B Corp's Certification process as a way to assess our community impact. At the moment, we're in their pre-assessment stage of their process.

The B Corp Assessment provides tools to help us confidently understand our current impact and find focus areas for continuous growth and improvement. Their "no stone left unturned" approach will help us:

✔️ Take a holistic look at how we operate
✔️ Measure our impact and benchmark against similar organizations
✔️ Define goals and targets to grow our impact over time

We're looking forward to continuing to share this journey with all of you, publishing this report every 12-months with updates on our commitment progress and new initiatives.
